An exciting project came in the form of creating Pedder Group Cares, an initiative within the workplace of Pedder Group in Hong Kong, who were looking for an innovative way to bring colleagues closer together through activities and values. Understanding the importance of a happy, healthy office culture, I created a curated strategy through well-being.
Valuing & respecting each other to co-work and coexist in a supportive environment, to speak our minds in a kind
way, to listen to each other without judgment; at the same time to have some fun, bring people together & align – to
care. Wellbeing in the workplace is PGC’s mission, through 4 Pillars of Care – COMPASSION,
