Nestled in the Swiss Alps, this contemporary member of Design Hotels, needed to align the staff’s appearance with the new branding and refreshed interiors – the brief, a more casual approach, accessible yet practical for the staff and recognisable for the guests – daytime is an active time, from the Axe Bar to the Glas Haus restaurant, housekeeping, front office & bell boys. An understated yet discernible proposition that worked from Winter to Summer, day to night.
